I call this mask, Tim Mothy because it reminds me so much of a moth. I love the styling of this look and shooting it in nature is my favorite way to capture the masks. It just makes sense. Images used in the mask are from Meg Madden and Sharlene Durfey.

The Debut Photoshoot
This was the debut photoshoot of my first collection of masks. The shoomiverse helped me find Agata Smith and we went to a local forest in Berlin and took these photos on a cold winter day. Within a day’s notice, this photoshoot happened! I have never had such a successful spontaneous photoshoot.

Sameheads Window
I took this picture of Kimi Recor wearing one of my first masks outside of Sameheads. I was working on the installation for the new window display for the reopening of the venue after Covid. I will admit, they did not survive that venue. The moisture from the late nights, closed doors and thousands of cigarettes smoked was much too much for these mushroom masks.
